What if I was sent the wrong item or something is missing from my order?


Please contact manifestsupply@gmail.com with your order number and our customer service team will remedy this for you and make sure you receive the correct items.

What if an item arrived broken or damaged?

Please email manifestsupply@gmail.com and include a photo of the item and a description of the damage. Please keep our environment in mind, and respect that we only send out replacements if a product is damaged to the point that it is unusable.

Can I cancel or change my order/shipping address?

An order cannot be cancelled after it has been placed and you have confirmation. We are not able to make any exceptions.

Additionally, we are not able to edit or modify orders in any way after they have been placed, including shipping address. If you made a mistake in your order, please email arealperson@credobeauty.com when you receive it and we will work out a return or other solution.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Returns: We love the products we offer, but, if something just isn’t for you, we have a return policy that is easy for our customers. We do not accept returns on Sale items or items that have been substantially used.

Exchanges: We are happy to help you with an exchange if you aren’t satisfied with your order. We do not accept exchanges on Sale items or items that have been substantially used.

What’s your online return/exchange policy?

Purchases made online can be returned/exchanged within 30 days of receipt, back to the original method of payment. For all online returns/exchange, please email manifestsupply@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) which you are looking to return/exchange. Our customer service team will process it accordingly and give you confirmation. If return, the refund will be processed back to the original form of payment. If exchange, the replacement will be sent out ASAP. Return shipping costs back to our warehouse in California are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I get my shipping cost refunded?

While we will give you a full refund for your product, unused or gently used, we are unable to refund shipping costs.

When can I expect my refund?

When returning an item back to our warehouse, please allow up to 15 days for our warehouse to receive and process your refund. You will receive an email notification letting you know your refund has been processed.
